My husband and I are very happy with our suspension seatposts on our Aventures. They really smooth the ride out for our off road adventures. Easy to attach and adjust to my cloud 9 seat. Delivery was fast and easy.

My dealer, Erik's in St.Cloud MN, said the fat tires of the Aventure would give a comfortable ride, and they do, most of the time. We have some older paved trails with tree root bumps and some uneven curb transitions that i do feel.

My Aventure is an excellent machine but I was expecting a more cushy ride from those big tires. I was reluctant to spend $110 on a seat post but after buying a gel seat cover I still needed more relief for my bony butt. I’m a motorcycle guy and so I’m used to motorcycle level suspension. I knew I wasn’t going to get to that level with this technology but was pleasantly surprised at how well it works! I have yet to try any cow trails but I’ve done several miles of gravel road. Pot holes and washboards are no longer the bane of my existence. My bike rides so well that I gave my wife the gel cover. I didn’t have to do any adjustments-it came set up well for my 185 lbs. Be sure to order the correct seat post shim for your bike.
