The Sinch.2 is a foldable electric bike with folded dimensions of 46" length x 28" width x 30" in height. It’s perfect for compact cars, truck beds, RVs, and conveniently fits in apartments or small garages.
Fat tire bikes are designed primarily for all-terrain use and can handle various off-road terrains, including street, snow, sand, dirt trails, and rough roads.
The Sinch.2 folding electric bike weighs 68 lbs with the battery installed. (Battery weight is 7.6lbs)
Aventon’s Sinch.2 folding ebike comes equipped with a throttle that has a maximum speed of 20 mph.
Aventon ebikes like the Sinch are built to the IPX4 water-resistant standard. IPX4 means that your bike is resistant to water splashes from any direction. This means it’s OK to ride your ebike in light rain. It won’t be harmed by spray from a wet road or raindrops. Your ebike is not intended to be exposed to prolonged rain, be submerged, or subjected to a pressurized spray. Don’t use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike.
Taking care of your ebike battery is an integral part of getting the most out of your Aventon ebike. Here are a few things to remember:

  1. 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
  2. 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
  3. 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
  4. 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
  5. 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
  6. 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
  7. 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

Electric bikes require regular maintenance tune-ups similar to traditional bikes and cars. To get the best performance out of your ebike, regularly check tires, tubes, chains, battery, and brakes, or visit a local bike shop for professional assistance. Performing a pre-ride safety check helps maintain your ebike, as well as staying up-to-date on non-electric component maintenance and repairs.
Yes. Class 1 ebikes are pedal-assist only, meaning they have no throttle and can only reach a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour. By removing the throttle on your Aventon ebike and ensuring the max speed limit is set to 20mph, you can configure a class 2 to a class 1 ebike for trail use.
Aventon does not sell conversion kits. All Aventon bikes are already designed with electrical components, such as integrated batteries, motors, and sensors for an optimal riding experience.
The torque sensor design is more intuitive for the rider at high and low speeds, it’s more efficient, has smoother power delivery, and is less prone to damage as the sensor is internal opposed to the external cadence sensor.

Great Folding Ebike

Lost our 2 original Sinch 2.0 due to seawater contact from Hurricane Helene. Decided to purchase another 2 to replace the damaged ones and definitely a great choice as we did a thorough research when we bought our original ones and now they were on sale during Christmas! So easy to get out of the box and ready to ride quickly. Glad to have the mobility to transport and back in action riding at the Beach!

Best ebike

I had a sinch. It was so easy to ride
On the beach, flat sand or rough sand, I felt so safe and comfortable. I rode on the beach 95% of the time. The bike lasted 3 years , salt air and water got to it. I bought my second bike local, different brand, and I’m miserable without my Aventon!!! I really miss the Anton, it’s the best bike. I will sell this other brand and buy another Aventon for sure!!
