I am very pleased with the overall unit its self .. I believe that the seat assembly could be strengthened in some areas aswell as the hardware that holds the seat to the seat post assembly could be made of stronger materials..

Let me start by saying I love my bike. I wanted to upgrade my seat because I do find the seat that comes with it hard. I bought a seat but then found I needed to buy a post. I couldn’t get the old seat off my existing post. So I looked at the website and it says Pace step through needs 30.4 post. So I ordered it. It however is wrong. I saw this when I went to pot it on. The post needed is 30.9. I contacted the customer Service and they said they do not do exchanges that I would have to order a new one. They gave me a code to pay for shipping. I’m still expected to pay for another post even though their website is very misleading. I’m disappointed in this company!
