- 1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
- 2. Use the right charger. Only use an Aventon branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
- 3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
- 4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
- 5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
- 6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
- 7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.

Find renewed energy then set the pace at your leisure by switching between the 4 new pedal assist levels: eco, tour, sport and turbo. Take the longer route with its powerful 500W motor’s top speed of 28 mph and up to 60 miles in range. The all-new turn signal functionality will keep you protected on the road by signaling to those behind you when you’re switching lanes and making moves. Ride comfortably with its cushioned saddle, swept-back handlebars and an upright riding position. Pace 500.3 Step-Through reinvigorates the way you get around. It’ll feel like riding a bicycle for the first time, every time.

I took a deep dive into researching before buying, so strongly felt the Pace was one of a few bikes I'd like. But once I test drove this, I was sold. I wouldn't trade my Pace for anything!
This goes an EASY 55+ miles doing a combo of full throttle and various levels of assist, it's super comfortable, looks amazing, is light enough to get onto my QuickrStuff Mach3 rack no issues, yet is super sturdy!
It's extremely responsive, it's very easy to remove and put battery back in... honestly every single aspect of this ebike is awesome.
I almost want to buy a second one just in case they stop making this. (Aventon: Can you please assure me you'll keep making this model? :)

I purchased my Ebike in 2021 and I LOVE it sooooo much! I just had a long conversation with my sister who is in the market for a new bike and I happily endorsed Aventon! I have never had an issue with it, it keeps it's charge, it's never needed any maintenance and it's better than any Ebike I've rented on vacation! My favorite part of my purchase is I get as much exercise on my bike as I want and after miles of riding if I need extra help it's always there for me! I did a ton of research before making my purchase in 2021 and Aventon was the biggest winner by price and performance reviews. Fyi... I am a 53 year old female, 5'6, 195 lbs and i bought the smaller option. After so many years of happiness on my Aventon 500 I have finally convinced my husband he needs to make a purchase for himself. If you're considering purchasing an Aventon... trust me a HAPPY CUSTOMER... YOU'LL LOVE IT!

Went riding around the neighborhood, then did 15 mile loop at Shark Valley Everglades . Very comfortable to ride . Bought the suspension seat post but kept the seat . Shifts and brakes smoothly , also quiet . Well built bike, that is light enough for small me to get on a bike carrier even tho I have a ramp. Nice paint finish , nice construction . Other bikes I’ve looked at have **** welds or bad paint jobs . The Pace 500.3 looks great, rides comfortably . Also I wish to acknowledge customer service … my emails and questions were answered within minutes. Assembly was easy as well. I even love the high quality tools that came with the bike !

Took advantage of the January sale and free battery. Waiting on the battery, but what a deal. Awesome bike!! I have two Cannondale bikes from the 90's but I got older now and thought I would give the Pace 500.3 a try. Cannot say enough good things about this bike. Just wish it would warm up a little so I can get some riding in.
