Easy to install and came with all parts mounted already. Fixed the problem and upgraded with new tire, brake rotor, and cassette.

Great service

Unfortunately my back tire was a little jacked up, but Aventon replaced it with a complete back tire not just a single component and I couldn’t be happier.

Warranty is real

Aventon really took care of me i had a broken spoke and got a hold of Aventon and they sent me a rear rim with the tire on it. Back on the road again.

Rear Wheel Replacement

I have an issue with the bike display was not reading the MPH or distance. I called customer service and they were awesome in rectify the problem by quickly mailing a new rear wheel. The communication with customer service during this process could not have been better. All paperwork was very easy to complete and self explanatory. The video link was extremely helpful for replacing the wheel. The best customer service I have experience!
