This bike is incredible. I use the bike 70% of the time to bike locally and then some. I bike 10 miles to Pickleball (each way) two to three times per week. I would have never have done this in the past with a traditional mountain bike because of the steep hills in my area. When I encounter these hills with the Ramblas I just increase the support (Turbo mode) and I easily traverse the Long Island NY north shore hills.
30% of the time is spent on local mountain bike trails. The bike performs beautifully in “Trail” mode. Green trails, Blue trails, Black Diamonds, and Double Black Diamonds! It can handle it all. The battery is incredibly powerful.
Pros-battery life, quality of bike, seat dropper post, the ability to use it as a road bike to commute and as a mountain bike, electronics are simple and effective, brakes are powerful, the overall quality of the bike is superior.
Cons- battery cover lock will unlock when you transport the bike in a pickup truck over the tailgate ( I had to put at least one Con…lol)
