The Controller/Error

Replaced the controller because of error 29 the new one seems to be working fine. Needed to watch a video how to replace it not to difficult. Excellent customer service. Thanks Mike

Great Service

Had an Error code that stopped the bike totally.
Talked with Phil A . He felt it was the controller which he sent to me. Shipping took a few days, I installed the controller in less than an hour. Bike runs great, 45 miles no more code. I appreciate being a customer of a company that stays with you after the sale. No need to look anywhere else, when I decide to go for another ebike it will be Aventon
