Great Response After A Crash

Not only is Aventon great at responding to a needed item, they also make a pretty tough bike. After experiencing a crash through my own fault my Aventon bike came through outstandingly. Yes, I smashed a mirror, broke off the light from its bracket and dislodged the chain, but other than that the bike came through relatively unscathed. Not so much the rider. Scabs heal. Pride takes a bit more time. Thanks for making such a great bike!!

Necessary bracket for adjustable stem

The bracket is fine, and necessary if you are purchasing the adjustable stem for the Level2. without it, the light will not reattach dead center to the stem. The company was very courteous and supplying it when I called after purchasing the stem to inquire, but the website needs to be adjusted to reflect that when purchasing the stem you have to get the new bracket piece as well. It is such a small part, it should simply be Supplied automatically with the adjustable stem.

Good bracket

This is a replacement bracket for the original bracket that broke. Aventon's customer service was top notch and fixed my problem right away. Thanks Aventon.
