I found a few on-line. I search a few days to find this one. I am hopeful it will work for me. My motor was submerged in a flood and eventually froze and won't turn. The best improvement is make the part website more visible, and please slow down on the sales emails. I am not buying a new bike every hour.

My rear hub motor failed. I contacted Aventon customer service and they sent out a new motor the next day after reveiwing the video that I sent them. I was very pleased with the response and turn around time.

Florida Hurricane flood damaged rear wheel motor, replaced wheel and controller. Easy to swap out. Good as new!!!

Sent video showing issue and new wheel was on order before we were done emailing! Paul M was a big help. Have not had a chance to get it installed, yet, but not expecting any issues.

I got my delivery in a timely matter. My level 2 adventure e bike is working a lot better. Since i've add the replace part
