Original charger with bike went bad. Sent a new one at no charge because still under two year warranty. Received within one week after contact with company.

Aventon support rocks

Since we purchased the Pace 500.3 we have had great support. They resolved a squeaky brake issue with upgraded brake pads and disk. I ordered a rack and battery charger and both parts were received in a reasonable time. My wife loves the bike.
